BuildManager has a logical workflow where the users do not have to go searching for buttons or dialogue boxes.
Think of BM in two phases:
Phase 1
Leads to Quoting. Hit the buttons in the form.
> Create Lead (creates the lead form)
> Create Invoice (creates an invoice to a lead if you want to charge for a site visit)
> Create Quote (creates a quote or proposal)
Phase 2
Job Card to Invoicing (If you WIN the job)
> Create Job (you must choose if Fixed Price or Cost Plus)
> Progress Claims (if Fixed Price)
> Site Summaries (if Cost Plus)
> $ Creates Invoices in Fixed Price
> Create Invoice if Cost Plus
That's really all there is to it.
