The INVOICES menu is a collation of all the INVOICES created in BM and this menu can be used to either:

1. Search for an Invoice

2. Create a new Invoice

NOTE that most invoices are created from the following:

1. From the Progress Claim in a Fixed Price job

2. From the Site Summary in a Cost Plus job

3. From the Lead form to qualify a prospect

However you are able to create an Invoice through the INVOICE menu should you the need arise
