Quotes can be created by from either the LEAD form if the prospect is new or a QUOTE can be created for a repeat customer by going to the QUOTE menu directly and ADDING NEW.

New prospect

> From the LEAD form hit the CREATE QUOTE button

> The Customer Details will be brought over to the new QUOTE form

> Create the quote using the information in the Knowledge Modules for FIxed Price or Cost Plus Estimating according to the style of Quote you are intending to create

Creating a Quote from the LEAD form

Repeat customer

> Go to the main QUOTES menu

> Use the ADD NEW button

> A new Quote form has been prepared

> Use the Customer drop down box to choose your previous customer

> Save the Quote and continue to create your new proposal
