Customers are of course previous users of your building services and have now returned to use your services again.


From the Customer menu you can now step through the same details and qualifications as you did when they were just a Lead.


Be aware circumstances can change. If it is a residential customer they may have different plans and objectives. 


The customer may also be a business that you have worked for before, however there is now a new contact. This means you should go through the same process of qualifying as a new contact may change the quality of the interaction. 


All previous Options to progress the opportunity are available as per the LEADS form. 


  • Create Quote
  • Create Invoice
  • Create Job
  • Create an Email


Use the same methods to qualify the opportunity and to decide on your course of action. You might choose to go directly to a JOB Card by hitting CREATE JOB. This might be the case if the Customer asked you to do building works on a COST PLUS basis. There may be no need to Create Quote as the Customer wants you to go ahead and schedule doing work and is happy to work on a COST PLUS basis.


All administration for a COST PLUS job would be completed in the SITE SUMMARIES.

Note that in the CUSTOMER form there is one additional section at the bottom called JOBS. This will show all previous JOBS that were conducted under this customer
