How Pricing Works:

  • BM has a simple charging structure based on the number of Active Users you have on your account
  • You can view the pricing details per plan type here: https://buildmanager.com.au/pricing 
  • You can view the Active Users on your account by going to Admin > Users 
  • Note that Staff using the BM App only are not included in your User count for billing purposes
  • Therefore you may have 15 staff using the BM App only, but only 3 users with a desktop login 


How Billing Works:

  • When you sign up with BM you get a 14 free trial, no credit card details are required to sign-up or use your account for the first 14 days 
  • On the 15th day your Account will be suspended, this means you are required to enter your credit card details to set your Account to Active 
  • When you login you will be presented with a screen to enter your Credit Card details and update your Account 
  • Billing will from then on occur every month on this date


How to Update My Billing (Credit Card) Details:

  • When you have logged in, go to Admin > Account and then click on the Billing tab
  • You can enter new Credit Card details and click "Update Account"


What Happens if a Payment Fails:

  • If on the monthly payment the transaction fails, we will retry to process the payment 3 further times
  • If we fail on the third time your Account will be Suspended and an Active payment method will be required to be entered again
